Wearing less via skimpy Karma Bikinis… or simply wearing less by eliminating unnecessary purchases. Making more of an effort to live sustainably. One of the easiest ways is to purchase timeless, quality products. Making ethical and sustainable choices, as in selling your items before buying new pieces, buying used clothing, thoughtful purchases or participating in clothing swaps… This is a hashtag we created to signify our purpose beyond creating a unique and luxurious swimwear line. In fact #wearlessdomore is our commitment to a responsible supply chain.

Karma Bikinis will be:

Women Empowerment

So Karma? It’s the dedication to positive values and ethics. Karma Bikinis continues to partner with talented artisans and merchants from all over the globe. Actually, just last Spring Karma launched products from the amazing work of a Thai mother daughter duo. Our current production in Bali is operated by a woman owned factory. In this factory, all products are hand cut, dyed and sewn by mothers and women over the age of 20. We made sure that all of the employees in the factory receive a fair salary, benefits and work-life balance. Karma Bikinis is extremely proud to partner with these inspiring individuals. While simultaneously this partnership helps with the workers economic vitality as in quality of life and an opportunity to emerge out of poverty and create a voice through fashion.

Ocean Conservation

Since the sisters started the brand in high school they have been donating 7% of sales back to Shark Stewards. Karma Bikinis is currently providing financial aid in hopes to lessen or eliminate the fish bombing catastrophe in Malaysia. Karma Bikinis recently sponsored the restoration of over twenty one sea turtle reefs and saved over a dozen sharks from slaughter. Shark Stewards’ mission is to restore ocean health by saving sharks from overfishing, the shark fin trade, and protecting critical marine habitat through the establishment of marine protected areas and shark sanctuaries.
